The crew at Hammertown was called to a home to remove a robin nest from the chimney.
The problem with birds nesting (or anything else) in a chimney, is it blocks the passage for exhaust gasses to escape which is very dangerous to the health and wellness of your family. It is important to make sure your exhaust stays clear.
As seen in the photos, we removed the bird’s nest and relocated it to a new place and then placed a vent over the chimney to keep future feathered friends from moving in.
